We are living in an age of science and technology where it is difficult or rather impossible to stay away from or avoid these gadgets. Processed foods comes next which has modified our taste buds to a great extent.

Without our knowledge we are constantly (continuously) being influenced by a wide range of varieties (choices) for almost all of our daily use products (items). Our lifestyle has changed considerably over the last few years. On one hand it has helped us reach greater heights of development whereas on the other hand we are paying huge prices for our health.

Blood Sugar, Blood Pressure, Cholesterol etc., which are our health monitoring parameters turned into uncontrollable deadly diseases. Wait! This is only the beginning – the list can go on as Thyroid, Liver diseases, Skin diseases, Kidney failure and yes, don’t forget the big boss – the king of all – Cancer, which come in various types and stages.

Ok, Ok now Relax! I am not here to scare you. Take a deep breath and continue reading with a smile.

Yes, there is still enough time and something can be done – so don’t worry.

We are blessed to be born in a land so rich in culture and heritage. All we need to do is take some time to look back and follow what our great sages had practiced ages ago to live healthy, strong, relaxed and sharp minded. Yes, Yoga is the answer for all lifestyle disorders of the present age.

Yoga is not just some physical exercise to tone your body, it will transform you in all dimensions.

Yoga is a lifestyle wherein we learn some do’s and don’ts, yogic postures, proper breathing techniques, mudras – which may look so simple yet have amazing health benefits, ways to control our senses, improve concentration, meditation and thus we can reach the state of Eternal Bliss.

Yoga is definitely the need of the hour.
